From the original problem setting of encouraging urban citizens to segregate waste by providing supportive services for recycling habit shift in local communities,to main goal in behavioral recycling habit change. Th "Gepp" platform have been developed.




The methodologies included desk research and field research in order of analysing opportunity and insight leading to concept and new system map of service.





The scenario visualized the redesigned concept.
